1. Service description

Hux is a cross-platform SSH terminal client. It provides — among other things — SSH connections, SFTP file management, server monitoring, container and Kubernetes management, multi-cloud resource management, AI assistance and cross-device sync.

2. Account and subscription

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Subscriptions auto-renew on the selected cycle and can be canceled before the term ends. Apple / Huawei IAP refunds follow the corresponding platform's rules.

3. User responsibilities

  • Do not use Hux for any unlawful activity or to infringe on the rights of others
  • Do not reverse engineer, crack, abuse the API or bypass subscription checks
  • All actions taken via AI and MCP tools are the user's responsibility

4. Disclaimer

Hux is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from operating remote systems, running commands, modifying files or invoking AI tools through Hux.

5. Intellectual property

Copyright of the Hux client belongs to the Hux team. The Rust core and sync-server are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

6. Changes and termination

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification.
